Chang Soh Kiak graduated with an honours degree in Economics and Political Science, University of Toronto. She returned to the Tropics and served her nation as a TV journalist before making her way to sub-Tropical Africa as a media consultant to various NGOs. She swung back to the corporate jungle of Singapore and worked as an independent film producer.

Tan Chih Chong graduated from film school in Austin, Texas. He lost a significant amount of blood, sweat and tears in the corporate world, biting back cynicism and trying to stay sane. He produced a feature film which was picked up by Miramax for the usual 3 picture deal. And his best project is the Next One.
